
Somatic Strength – 45 Minutes
Build strength with awareness in this mindful, full-body class that blends resistance training with somatic principles. Using a variety of equipment—such as weights, resistance bands, and body weight—we focus on slow, intentional movements guided by breath and body awareness.
Rather than rushing through repetitions, we move with attention to how the body feels, helping you develop strength, stability, and coordination while staying connected to your breath. This approach supports both physical resilience and a deeper sense of ease in movement.
Appropriate for: All levels. Options are offered so you can work at a pace and intensity that feels right for your body.
