Chair Yoga is a gentle, accessible practice designed to help you move with ease, breathe deeply, and feel more connected to your body—no matter your level of mobility or experience. Using a sturdy chair for support, we explore soft stretching, mindful strengthening, and simple balance exercises that promote flexibility, stability, and relaxation.

This class is perfect for beginners, those returning to movement, or anyone who prefers a low-impact approach. Each session includes guided breathing, seated and standing (optional) postures, and moments of quiet reflection to calm the mind.
