Slow down and allow your body to fully rest in this deeply calming restorative yoga class. Using a variety of supportive props—such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks—you’ll settle into comfortable, supported positions that allow the body to soften and release without effort.
Postures are held for longer periods of time, giving the nervous system an opportunity to quiet and shift out of stress mode. Gentle breath awareness and stillness invite deep relaxation and restoration.
This class is less about stretching and more about allowing the body and mind to rest, reset, and replenish.
