Melt to Move – Yoga Tune Up® Ball Class

Release tension and restore ease in your body with this gentle self-care class using Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls. Through guided rolling, breath awareness, and mindful pressure, we target areas of tightness such as the feet, hips, shoulders, and back.

These simple techniques help hydrate tissues, improve circulation, and reduce built-up tension, so your body can move more comfortably in everyday life.

Appropriate for: All levels. No prior experience needed. Options available for chair or floor participation.
