
This welcoming beginner class is designed to introduce you to the foundations of yoga in a supportive, unhurried environment. Practiced primarily on the mat, you’ll learn basic postures, simple transitions, and steady breathing techniques that build strength, flexibility, and body awareness. This is a 6 week series.
We move at a slower pace with clear instruction, offering modifications and plenty of time to pause, look, listen, and feel before moving on. Perfect for those new to yoga or anyone wanting to reconnect with the basics, this class creates a strong foundation while encouraging you to honor your body and your breath.
