Barre

Strengthen, sculpt, and energize your body from the comfort of home in this dynamic Zoom Barre class. We’ll blend ballet-inspired movement with Pilates and strength training to create a full-body workout that targets core stability, posture, and long, lean muscle tone. Expect low-impact sequences with high repetition, gentle cardio bursts, and plenty of options to meet you right where you are.

Please have a mat, light hand weights, a small exercise band, and a small exercise ball available. A chair or countertop for balance support is also helpful.
